Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026
Kujo Key BPM ("we", "us") helps musicians find the tempo and key of songs, master tracks and convert media. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Files you upload. Audio, images or video you upload are processed only to produce your results (tempo, key, mastering report, converted file). On our public website they are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We don't listen to, share or reuse them.
- Results. Your analysis results are shown to you and aren't published or shared with other visitors.
- Preferences. Your settings (language, colors, setup choices) are saved in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.
- Ad measurement. We count how many times each ad is shown and clicked so we can bill advertisers fairly and show them proof of delivery. These counts aren't linked to your name or account.
- Advertiser details. If you book an ad, we store the name, contact and links you give us to run, verify and report on your campaign.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server briefly records technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the service secure and working. Logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Cookies and advertising
We use third-party vendors, including Google, to show ads. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Embedded YouTube previews are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com, which limits YouTube cookies until you play a video. YouTube's own privacy policy applies to what you watch there.
How we use information
- To provide the tools you use and show your results.
- To run, measure and bill advertising campaigns.
- To protect the service from abuse and fix problems.
- To comply with the law.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, payments, advertising) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose; we never see your full card number.
Children
Kujo Key BPM isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights. Contact us at knowledgebattee3@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
