Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Kujo Key BPM. By using the site or app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Kujo Key BPM provides music tools: tempo (BPM) and key detection, a BPM tapper, mastering analysis and rendering, media conversion, beat discovery and advertising for artists. Features may change, be added or be removed at any time.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to anything you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the results you asked for.
You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload or process. Don't use the service to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
Uploaded files on the public site are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

3. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no automated scraping, no uploading malware, and no interfering with other users or advertisers (including fake views or clicks).

4. Accuracy

Tempo, key, energy, danceability, happiness and mastering scores are calculated with statistical methods and come with confidence figures. They are highly accurate for most music but are estimates, provided "as is". Always trust your ears before releasing.

5. Advertising

Booking. Campaigns are priced per 1,000 views at the rates shown when you book. A campaign goes live after payment is confirmed and the ad is approved.
Content rules. We may reject or remove ads that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, or that link to harmful sites. Rejected campaigns are refunded in full.
Verification. We may ask you to prove you own the music or accounts you promote (for example with a code in your YouTube description). Unverified campaigns may be paused.
Delivery and reporting. You get a private live report of views and clicks. Views are counted only when the ad is on a visible screen. If we can't deliver the views you paid for, the undelivered portion is refunded.
No guarantees. We don't guarantee clicks, streams, sales or chart results.

6. Our property

The Kujo Key BPM name, logo, design and software belong to us. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to knowledgebattee3@gmail.com with: your contact details, the work you own, where the infringing material is, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kujo Key BPM won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use after a change means you accept it.
